Attempted robbery, caught on my dash-cam
Who the f*** are these idiots?
Got a message on craigslist about my Nikon, went to meet with the potential buyer, in his neighborhood, because he told me he didn't have a car, he makes a gang sign @0:05 , takes a photo in front of my car @0:38 (because it's "nice"), but tells me he doesn't want it.
Then writes me, saying he wants it, I turn around, come back, and then one of the kids he is with, tries to take off with my camera @0:52.
Wtf. Be careful who you meet with, where you meet with them, always take video. *Time on my das-cam is wrong this was around 8pm.

Police officer tackles flower vendor to the ground during arrest
Footage has emerged of the violent arrest of a flower vendor working in front of a high school during graduation day in Perris, CA, USA.
The video, shot on June 7, shows the police officer grabbing the woman by the hair and tackling her to the ground after she resisted the arrest.
Once on the floor, the policeman handcuffs the street vendor who can be heard protesting in Spanish.
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department's statement, 15 flower vendors were approached by police that day and were found to be vending without a permit.
The statement says that the woman in the video, identified as Juanita Mendez-Medrano, 52, was arrested after she refused to cooperate.
Describing the scene, the filmer wrote: "the sheriff was being rude and kept asking the same questions to the lady as she kept saying in Spanish 'I don't understand' and 'I don't speak English.'"

Naked Chicago Man Goes On Drug Fueled Rampage
911 calls on Monday 07/24 evening were made saying a naked man in his 20s appeared to be high on acid, although police did not confirm, when he cut his own penis off. Big guy then began vandalizing parked cars and taunting witnesses near the intersection of Grace Street and Drake Avenue in the Irving Park community of Chicago, next to John B Murphy Elementary, before being tased multiple times by responding officers.
The middle-class community of Irving Park which has some of the lowest reported crimes in the city are overseen by the Jefferson Park (16th) and Albany Park (17th) Police Districts. Both have some of the lowest of sworn officers, 25.6 and 8.4 per square mile respectively, as officers are shuffled to more violent districts like the (15th) Austin where there are as many as 91.7 officers per square mile.

Man performs citizen's arrest on suspected drunk driver
A dramatic video has emerged from the United States of a man performing a citizen's arrest on a motorist he suspected of driving under the influence.
The footage, captured in Houston, Texas on July 22, shows the motorist driving extremely erratically with his front bumper hanging loose after an earlier crash.
The filmer's car can be seen tailing the vehicle as it veers wildly back and forth across the road.
The driver then pulls up in a car park, allowing the filmer and his family members to assist with getting the driver out of the car.
Police then arrive promptly to lead the suspect away.
"Many people have criticised how I acted, telling me that I shouldn't have got involved, that the guy could have ran me over and kill me. But at that point I only thought of doing something before someone got hurt," the filmer wrote online.
"I thought of two really good friend
