I'd like to represent more on my runs around the neighborhood and at the gym. Please recommend your favorite nonprofits, bookstores, cultural institutions, progressive political orgs, local inclusive athletic clubs, etc., who sell short-sleeve athletic shirts made of that same super-stretchy wicking material you get from completing marathons, triathlons, and such.
Pretty much as it says: I'm weary of the lottery of buying a T-shirt and finding it comes in some horrible, Gildan-style thick cotton that's too long / too rigid / drapes horribly / doesn't soften in the wash / etc. I buy them to support the organization(s) in question, but invariably find the fit so unflattering that it goes straight to the local thrift. I know it's rare to find folks who produce graphic shirts in that very specific fabric, but I'm giving it a shot here. Thanks for your tips. |
