Clotted Cream, Lemon Curd, and Other London Goals

Help me find the best lemon curd in London. I'm staying near Tower Hill, but am comfortable with transit and here for a while so places farther afield are fine. Also looking for cream tea and other recommendations for things to do.

I am in London for a few more weeks for work. My husband is visiting this weekend (his flight should land in the next few hours). He likes lemon curd, and so I'd like to take him somewhere that has a good version of it.

I also like clotted cream and scones, and would like a recommendation for where we can get a good cream tea.

Extra bonus points if one/both of those places is somewhere we could work on a laptop for a few hours.

We'd also be happy with other London recommendations. Both of us are American but have been here several times before so we've done the big things. We like various British comedians (Sarah Millican, Fern Brady, David Mitchell, etc), Dr. Who, Countdown, pretty libraries and bookstores (I've visited several recommended on Mefi in previous London trips), possibly some more offbeat museums (strong preference to avoid anything that has colonial loot though) and he's a bellringer. (Yes, he has arranged to visit at least one tower for practice). Our one plan so far is to follow this comment's advice for one of our days, but we'll have time for a few other things too.
