Antibiotic -induced insomnia

I'm on cefdinir and having insomnia that not even my arsenal of sleep meds can touch. I have to use this particular antibiotic.

YANMD. Had a few recent sinus infections. Currently, viral bronchitis is trying to go away, and I also had an infection starting where I had a tooth pulled. Amoxicillin is standard but I've had it twice recently, so cefdinir it is. I've experienced this insomnia on antibiotics before and it's awful.

Trazodone , Klonopin, Benadryl, and THC/CBD edibles haven't helped. Probiotics haven't made a difference in that area. And behavioral/environmental factors don't make a difference. No bubble baths or cool showers or guided meditations have made a dent. I figure that the mechanism of this insomnia is somehow different from usual insomnia.

This is miserable and I need to sleep. I'll talk to my dr but I am asking here too because I'm sure there are some good ideas here.
