I never use my oven and it takes up too much space (I have a convection oven I use daily). I will be replacing it with a counter and want to get stove hobs and use those. I've never bought one before. Tell me everything I need to know about purchasing hobs. What to avoid or seek out? Brand recommendations? Most of my cookware is wrought iron or stainless steel. Thanks!
