Looking for a specific Butterfly Pea iced tea recipe - for Xmas Eve gift

Where on the web did I see a recipe for a butterfly pea tea with edible glitter, honey, club soda or tonic, and lemon?

I'm putting the ingredients together with some astronaut glasses as a gift. I can't find the website in my history. I probably searched "galaxy drinks" or "spaces theme drinks", but I think I landed on a mom blog/girl's birthday party - non-alcoholic. I want to print out the recipe to provide with the gift. I've tried numerous combinations of search terms.

I see a lot of other recipes, but none with both glitter and honey. There was no need to make a simple syrup.

If you know how to put together the recipe from what I've listed, I'd happily take it or if there's a website you can recommend that could put together a recipe I can trust, based on the ingredients.
