1. Melina
You’ll first meet Melina at a Site of Grace shortly after entering the open world. She offers you the ability to level up and serves as a guide throughout your journey. Accepting her pact allows you to summon Torrent, your spectral steed.
2. Blaidd
Blaidd is first encountered howling in the Mistwood. To interact with him, you’ll need to speak to Merchant Kalé about the howling and use the Finger Snap gesture near the Mistwood Ruins. Blaidd is closely tied to Ranni’s questline and offers help in several battles.
