1. Maintenance of feeder: Check the variable speed transmission device and feeder spiral bearing once a week, and add the appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the roller chain and bearing. The end of the feeder bushing should also be lubricated and maintained every day.
2. Conditioner inspection and cleaning: Check and clean the mixer shaft. Grease the bearings at each end of the mixer once every month.
3. Feed chute cleaning: In order to effectively deliver the biomass pellet raw materials from the conditioner mixer to the pelletizing chamber without passing through the mobile screening machine, the chute must be kept clean and without indentations. If a magnet is placed, the accumulated metal must be cleaned before and after each start-up.
4. Guide plate cleaning: The function of the guide plate is to keep the conical funnel clean so that the material is evenly distributed to the pelletizing chamber, in order to ensure that there is no agglomeration in the material and it flows into the pelletizing chamber.
5. Spindle and transmission assembly: According to different models of wood pellet mill, most models make all transmission devices immersed in lubricating oil and only need oil twice a year. For some models, the spindle bearings need to be lubricated once every 8 hours of operation.
