After announcing that Brady's suspension was approved,the league sought for a federal judge from New York to affirm Goodell's decision.Since the filing was filed first,the Minnesota judge ordered Brady's transfer.United States district judge Richard Kyle issued a statement that"This judge does not see any need for this particular action to take place on its own in Minnesota,"according to Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports.

The Madden NFL 24PA plans to contest its lawsuit against Madden NFL 24 in the next few hours on Thursday in Manhattan,according to Albert Breer of the Madden NFL 24 Network.
