The theory is something like, once they respond then the state of business is kinda frozen and if they were to start launching products after their response it might go down really badly in court. Or something. So we're hoping they launch EA first and then file their response and can say theyve just been following their internal timelines anyway and they need to make money to survive else the court case will bankrupt them before they can even do business...

Really, not much has changed, there was paperwork filed by nexon on the 31st of may, IM has 21 days to reply, so we might hear about that next week, then likely there will be another date to wait for more information.

After last playtest I missed it for awhile, but pushed it back into my mind. I had a ball in the playtest, made probably over 10 thousand gold or so, if not more.

I was mostly playing solo, finding all the coolest people to traverse the dungeon with, looting and fighting beside them. I havent ever had so much fun with a game, not since i was a kid playing minecraft for the first time. And then it ended.

After i found things to play and distract myself, before almost forgetting about DAD. I would see reddit posts and feel a pang of want, not even being dramatic. Then i saw the stuff about the 9th.
