If the player wants to use the mats that are found in chests

It's likely to be concerning Lost Ark players who don't have rosters established that's why it could take two months to move between 1370 and 1415. I've seen a number of late starters become stuck in the 1370-1415 zone and then quit due to the massive cost of gold for honing attempts.
If the player wants to use the mats that are found in chests, their weekly gold income would be (2100-800) = 1300g of Oreha along with 800g P1 Argos. When you consider the worth of P3. it's actually better to purchase P3 buses than remain in P1 mode, so suppose you earn 2700 - 500 (box) + 1300 (bus price) = 900g, which is much better than simply doing P1 as the player receives more mats.
GHLs have sunk and the player with one character will need to save all their other trades to hone so assuming 2200g a week they could save for honing and a 31k raw Lost Ark gold average cost using the 17/17/17 approach, an individual would require 14 weeks on a single account's Lost Ark gold income to take it from 1370 up to Valtan.
Although this isn't the case according to what others have said on this forum, SG markets Legion raids as the game that saved Lost Ark, and their own data indicates that 1415 has a high player retention rate. The argument "oh should they be unable to handle x, then how much could they even play" is ridiculous because it is inevitable that players will choose to quit if you dump them in boring parts of Lost Ark which have been proven to be less effective in terms of retention, even for longer durations of time.
